If there is a mistake on our part we will give you a full refund.

We cannot guarantee a delivery date unless you pay the extra shipping charges for 3 day, 2 day, or overnight shipping. If you request a future arrival date we will ship (ground standard shipping) so that your order or gift will arrive within a day of the date you request. We trust the shipping time table UPS gives us for your zip code, but sometimes they are late and most of the time they are on time or early. Once we ship the package it is in the hands of UPS or USPS. We trust them, but we cannot be responsible if they don't deliver on time.
